This documentary will not identify any of the book's subjects by name but focus on the facts for the two-fold purpose of informing and warning the public, and arousing the victims to take action against the exploiters.

It’s this truth that made the real estate promoters the grand miscreants, symbols of what evil is as evil does. It is sad to observe that the innocent victims fall for the big lie and raise their shield of privacy with apathy — they simply don’t want to get involved and accept the price of being ruthlessly sucked dry by the mistletoe — being offered a kiss while feeding the parasite. It’s cheaper, they feel, to suffer from lawless evildoers than to stand up and drive the predators out of their homes or their second homes in a condo hotel.

This fictional story — it's a white paper indictment of criminal exploitation — will boggle your mind.

Is Miami Justice on the Bench Again?

1. Plaintiff Pascal Hussier's Emergency Motion for Sanctions and Contempt for Violating Terms of Amended Settlement Agreement and Settlement Agreement

3. Notice of Hearing on Plaintiff Pascal Hussier's Emergency Motion for Sanctions
and Contempt — emailed to David less than 24 hours prior to the hearing and
having the markings of a kangaroo court

5. The Judge's Order

Is it the work of an obsessed lawyer who pooh-poohs
the Oath of Admission to The Florida Bar, is financed by the marauders,
and is, in legal terms, non compos mentis — not of sound mind?
Hunter David asks himself the puzzling question, Do Pascal Hussier and Darryl Bedler hate the investigative journalist or simply try desperately to hide their criminal ways by misusing and abusing our overloaded court at the expense of you, the taxpaying public?

Will those who suffered for more than 20 years finally arise?
The Plaintiff, Pascal Hussier, in conspiracy with his lawyer, Darryl Bedler, who is snubbing the Oath of Admission to The Florida Bar, is lying to the court in vengeful efforts to justify the judge to incarcerate David because he investigated, learned, and published the truth about their business dealings which, discovered and published by David nearly 20 years ago, has already resulted in an $800,000 fine in Miami's federal court.
New discoveries by David set off another attack by the panic-stricken marauders:
the 6th lawsuit spewing lies and all the good stuff that goes with crying defamation in attempts to hide the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
Will Michael Grason, President and CEO of Global West Life Insurance Company corroborate the Plaintiff's affidavit which affidavit was not executed under oath?
David faced greater injustices — deportation by a communist system of justice to a Siberian gulag for reading and distributing Western literature. Will it repeat after 55 years?
They now know he will cooperate with the authorities — the FBI, ICE, DEA, IRS, RCMP.
As made public in the court records, the Amended Settlement Agreement states:

David shall not cooperate or communicate with any media outlets related to the Plaintiffs or their business. Further, David shall not communicate with any third parties who are engaged in litigation with the Plaintiffs or their entities about the subject matter of the litigation.
David shall not enter the following properties: (a) Le Suprême Condominium; (b) The Blarry South Beach Condominium Hotel; (c) The Blarry Condominium Hotel; or any properties owned or controlled by the Plaintiffs herein.

Who is driven by angst? Though David is forbidden to publish anything about the business activities of the plaintiffs or communicate with any media outlet, as a citizen and investigative journalist, he has the right — and obligation — to cooperate
with law enforcement and other government agencies.
Is their latest attempt one more desperate move to hide the truth?
If David is willing to face languish in a Siberian gulag and to choose a stern diet over open heart triple bypass surgery to recover and protect his health, he will surely give his
last breath to fight corruption in a kangaroo court.

Standing up to marauding condo lords won't help suffering condo dweller serfs — apathy stands in the way.
Standing by fellowmen — showing them how to prevent and reverse heart disease — is a fulfilling life.
