An excellent location with prices from the mid $200,000s (2006-05-19)
1800 Biscayne Plaza has a strategic location at Biscayne Boulevard and NE 18th Street. The spot is representative of Miami’s intense progress in the area, enhanced by the completion of the Performing Arts Center, just three blocks away from the building. Margaret Park, a block away on 18th Street, overlooks Biscayne Bay, and the MacArthur, Venetian and Julia Tuttle causeways just a few minutes away provide access to Miami Beach, and the beaches. The three-bedroom units, only three of which are left, have a large balcony terrace that transforms them in a living area from where the imposing views of Biscayne Bay and the city of Miami may be enjoyed.
