Indoors and out, Park Towers at Colonnade scores an ‘A’ in amenities (2006-07-14) Home buyers who are impressed with the centralized downtown Kendall location of Park Towers at Colonnade will have a pleasant surprise awaiting them on premise, says a spokesperson for the developer. At the new sales center located onsite, at 7240 SW 82 St., just north of Dadeland Mall, interested buyers will be treated to a wealth of Park Towers community and unit ‘extras’ — little elements of home comfort that elevate a perfectly good home to an extraordinary one, says the spokesperson. When complete, Park Towers at Colonnade will be a secure, self -contained mixed-use community encircled by landscaped gardens, colonnaded sidewalks, tree-lined pedestrian walkways and a park.
