The Carnival
Center Neighborhood
No fewer than 22 major
residential and commercial projects are under construction, approved or proposed
in the neighborhood surrounding the Carnival Center for the Performing Arts'
twin halls.
They total nearly 13,000 condo units and two million square feet of retail
space.
