Lifestyle webinars
focus on conscience-arousing topics
Grand Lifestyle announces four webinars to be presented in February focusing on conscience-arousing topics including discussions on how to avoid stupid people in its Grand Lifestyle Meet the Right Mate Scenarios, a presentation on stemming the tide of rogue developer abuses of condo and condo-hotel owners, and offering tips on how to help a friend who drinks too much.
MIAMI, FL · January 7, 2008 Grand Lifestyle Publisher presents four seminars in its one-on-one online webinar series. Hosted by Dr. Heinz Dinter, the webinars are presented via the Internet free-of-charge to the general public.
The first webinar is part of the Grand Lifestyle Meet the Right Mate Scenarios — How to avoid wasting time on stupid people — and discusses "The Man With Everything." Dr. Dinter's guest will be Michael I. Rose, MD, FAPA, a Distinguished Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. The webinar will be presented on February 13.
"Relationships begin with effective communication," explains Dr. Rose. "Each scenario uses a female in a dating situation to make you aware of the types of people to avoid or to go after. Those types are everywhere in your everyday life. Identify them and you will know what to do by following the actions described."
The second webinar is titled "The Other Side of Condo and Condo-Hotel Ownership: Stemming the Tide of Rogue Developer Abuses" and focuses on the silent suffering and abuse of condo and condo-hotel unit owners at the hands of unscrupulous developers. Dr. Dinter's guests — experts on condominium issues — will be a prominent attorney, a Florida legislator, and a developer representative, a condominium association administrator, and condo-hotel manager. The webinar will be presented on February 20.
Dinter explains, "It is sad to observe that the innocent victims of rogue developers fall for the big lie and raise their shield of privacy with apathy — they simply don’t want to get involved and accept the price of being ruthlessly sucked dry by the mistletoe — being offered a kiss while feeding the parasite. It’s cheaper, they feel, to be exploited by lawless evildoers than to stand up and drive the predators out of their homes and condo-hotel properties."
The third webinar continues the discussion on how to avoid wasting time on stupid people as part of the Grand Lifestyle Meet the Right Mate Scenarios and discusses "The Millionaire." Dr. Dinter's guest will again be Dr. Rose. The webinar will be presented on February 27.
The fourth webinar, titled "How Can I Help a Friend who Drinks Too Much," brings together Dr. Dinter's guests who have tried, failed and succeeded — they are family members, friends and acquaintances who stepped forward to help. They share experiences, offer tips and kindle ideas. The webinar will be presented March 5.
Dr. Dinter explains his personal motivation for hosting this webinar: "I share with you my very sad and shocking experiences trying to help someone who was in the clutches of this evil phenomenon called alcoholism and who refused to see the abyss of miserable pain and suffering when the overabundance of alcohol took hold of what was once a body full of life."
What is a Webinar? A Webinar, or “Web seminar,” is an online event designed to facilitate communication between a small number of presenters and a large remote audience using the Internet. Webinars reach audiences more effectively than regular in-person events because there is no need for travel. Grand Lifestyle One-On-One Webinars™ is the premier conscience-arousing Web conferencing service designed to quickly increase your knowledge and reduce your overall knowledge acquisition cost.
The host and moderator of the webinar series, Dr. Heinz Dinter, explains the purpose of the Internet-based seminar series: “We want to discuss conscience-arousing topics.”
Webinar attendance is open to the general public. Attendance is free of charge except for the attendee's long-distance telephone call. Each webinar is 90 minutes long and will be held at 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm Eastern time. To register for a webinar, visit www.GrandLifestyle.com.
